A Golden Moment

Saratoga residents Vern and Genevieve Mallinson celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Aug. 7 with their children and their spouses: Suzanne and John Smith of Campbell; Sherri and John Martin of Santa Rosa; Catherine Mallinson of Brentwood; Paula and Rich Reiter of Los Gatos; and Mark Mallinson of Cupertino. Vern is a retired employee of Western Forge. The couple have lived in the Bay Area for 28 years and have three grandchildren.
