Saratoga NewsPark Place to get three new homesDesign review approval of three new homes on Park Place, near the Foothill Club, is scheduled to go before the Saratoga Planning Commission at its meeting at 7:30 p.m., Wed., Sept. 10, in the Council Chambers, located at 13777 Fruitvale Ave. The proposed homes would all be two-story, with basements and detached garages on lots ranging in size from 7,260 to 8,800 square feet. Currently, one home sits on the three lots.
