Marilyn White serves second term

Longtime Saratogan Marilyn White was recently elected to serve a second term as president of the local Soroptimist Club. A Soroptimist for the past 20 years, White attended the Soroptimist International Federation Convention in New York City this July. She also has received several awards, including Women Helping Women and Women of Distinction, from the local club and the Sierra Pacific Region.

In addition to her Soroptimist work, White is the newsletter editor for and charter member of the Saratoga Sister City Organization and plays in the Taiko drumming group. She is a past Saratoga Citizen of the Year and owns M. White Personal Services.
