Noise Complaint--11 p.m., Sept. 7, on Villa Montalvo Road. Resident called the Sheriff's Department to complain that noise levels coming from Villa Montalvo were reaching disturbing levels.
Assault/Resisting Arrest--4:40 a.m., Sept. 6, on Cox Avenue. After a routine traffic stop for speeding, the suspect twice tried to ram officers with his car. He then fled in his car and hit a tree. He was apprehended in the back yard of a residence with the aid of a K-9 dog.
Trespassing--11:30 p.m., Sept. 4, on Montalvo Road at Villa Montalvo. Three suspects tampered with a gate before speeding away in their vehicle.
Petty Theft--6:30 p.m., Sept. 4, on Via Tesoro Court. A bike was left unlocked outside a fence over night. It was gone in the morning.
