Saratoga News Brad and Erica Giannini Michelle and Morris Beatty Weddings Giannini, Olin Erica Elaine Olin and Bradley "Brad" Fuller Giannini were married July 11 at Holman Ranch in Carmel Valley. The bride is the daughter of John and Jane Olin of Carmel Valley. A graduate of Santa Catalina High School, UCLA and San Francisco State University, she teaches English and English as a second language at Foothill College in Los Altos. The bridegroom is the son of William and Linda Giannini of Saratoga. A graduate of Bellarmine College Preparatory and Loyola Marymount University, he is a real estate appraiser with Appraisal Express in San Jose. The couple resides in San Jose. Beatty, Stocking Michelle Stocking and Morris Beatty were married July 25 at Maison du Lac in Los Gatos. The bride is the daughter of Elwin and Lois Stocking of Saratoga. A graduate of Westmont High School, UC-Davis and UCLA, she is a professor at the University of Texas, Austin. The bridegroom is the son of Francis Beatty of Rancho Cucamonga and Catherine Beatty of Sonoma. A graduate of Riverside Poly High School and UC-Davis, he is an engineer with Sun Microsystems.
