Engle--Anne and Jason Engle of San Jose are parents of a son, Branden Hunter Engel, born August 21 at Good Samaritan Hospital. Maternal grandparents are Carole and Eric Grube of Saratoga. Anne Engle is on maternity leave from her kindergarten class at Sacred Heart School in Saratoga.
