Silicon Valleyites put down their cell phones and laptops for the night and enjoyed a good old fashioned street party Sept. 23, as perfect weather drew crowds of people during this year's Celebrate Saratoga!, the street dance that the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce puts on each year with the help of the city and other sponsors.

Celebrate Good Times: More photos from Saratoga's annual street party.

Five bands and a DJ set up along Big Basin Way provided music for dancing and local restaurants provided food from salmon raviolis to tacos. Wines from local wineries and microbrews were available as well. For the first time this year, the Laser Eye Center of Silicon Valley staged a laser light show during the festivities, as Chamber volunteers scurried around, keeping things under control.

And as the night wore on, and families took the young children home to bed, the crowds got younger and even more exuberant. A good time was definitely had by all.
