Council on Aging needs volunteers

Volunteers are needed to participate in Council on Aging programs, which provide important assistance to home-bound, frail, disabled and older people in the Saratoga community.

The goal of the programs is to help seniors retain independence, security and life satisfaction. But to carry out the programs, the Council on Aging needs both men and women to be volunteer advocates.

Advocates help to ease isolation and link seniors with needed community services by visiting a home-bound elder or disabled individual once week.
