    Sheriff's Report

Littering--Sept. 22, 12:20 p.m. on Vista Arroyo Court. Unknown suspects left several carbon dioxide containers and a few balloons in the field across from the reporting party's residence. The reporting party told the officer that teens constantly "party" in the field and that the sheriff's office regularly chases juveniles from there. The reporting party said the problem hadn't stopped and wanted a report taken. The suspects are at large.

Dead Cat-Informational Report--Sept. 21, 3:30 p.m. on Twin Creeks Road. The reporting party found a dead cat under the bridge at Twin Creeks Road, east of Quito Road. She was concerned because of recent cat mutilations that took place in Saratoga on Sept. 12 and 17 and notified the sheriff's office. An officer found the cat, which had been dead for several days. There was no evidence of foul play. A Humane Society investigator determined that the cat had not been burned like the cats that were mutilated.
