Saratoga's Community Parade took place last Sunday in a festive celebration marking the 15-year anniversary of Saratoga's sister city relationship with Muko, Japan. It was a day filled with bands, floats, flags, fire engines, dignitaries and children. Food and entertainment followed at Wildwood Park, where everyone agreed a good time was had by all.
