Steve Isaacs of Irving and Diana Isaacs of Pleasant Valley announced the engagement of their daughter, Carolyn Isaacs, to Drew Wesling of Saratoga.The couple plan a March 1, 1997, wedding

The bride-elect is a 1995 graduate of Cal-Poly, San Luis Obispo with a degree in city and regional planning. She is currently working toward a teaching credential at Long Beach State University.

Her fiance is the son of Paul and Gail Wesling of Saratoga. He graduated from Lynbrook High School and from Cal-Poly with a degree in construction management. He is employed by Tishman Construction, Santa Monica.

Roberts, Hales

Andrew Roberts of Saratoga and Angela Hales of Santa Clara have announced their engagement.

Andrew , the son of Connie and Hugh Roberts of Saratoga, graduated from Saratoga High School in 1982 and from Santa Clara University. He is the account manager at Lai Venuti Lai Interactive.

Angie, the daughter of Lewis Hales of Amarillo, Texas, attended Tascosa High School in Amarillo and graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville. She is a teacher at Cabrillo Middle School in Santa Clara.

The couple plans an April wedding.
