Sheriff's Report

Vandalism/Petty Theft--9:30 p.m., Sept. 27 on Herriman Avenue in the Saratoga High School parking lot. A student left her car in the parking lot while she attended classes. When she returned, the Darwin emblem on the trunk had been removed, and a cross was scratched on the front of the hood.

Burglary--12:50 p.m., Sept. 26 on Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road. A real estate sales office was burglarized after hours. Computer items were taken, and there are no suspects.

Burglary--2:40 p.m., Sept. 22 on Titus Avenue. The victim parked her car on the street, and when she returned ten minutes later, the window was smashed, and her purse was gone.

Grand Theft--4:15 p.m., Sept. 21 on Prospect Road. Two aluminum extension ladders were taken from the top of a truck after it had been parked for a week.
