The weather may still suggest summer, but Saratoga's annual harbinger of fall, the Pumpkin Patch on Saratoga Avenue between Cox and Highway 85, says otherwise. Pumpkin seller Sophia Rosales throws her support to those who say it's time for autumn and all the good things that go with it--especially pumpkins. The lot is owned by Queen's Trees and will be open through Oct. 31. In addition to a wide assortment of pumpkins, the lot offers gourds, mini pumpkins, jack-o-lantern candles, pumpkin scoops and knives. There's also a free petting zoo.
