Saratoga News Alec Bobroff and Randa Milliken Engagement Bobroff, Milliken Marilyn Milliken of Connecticut and Millie and Jim Bobroff of Saratoga announce the engagement of their children, Randa Milliken and Alec Bobroff. Randa is also the daughter of the late Richard Milliken The bride-to-be is a graduate of Clemson University, South Carolina, where she earned both a bachelor's and a master's degree. She is a research and product development engineer with Helix Medical in Carpenteria. Her fiancé is a graduate of Saratoga High School, California State University at Chico, and the University of Southern California. He is the founder and president of Kinetics Orthopedics, a medical-products firm in Oxnard. They plan an October 1999 wedding.
