City Council candidates have their say

While the Saratoga News intends to cover the Saratoga Town Council race in our Nov. 1 issue, we also wanted to give the candidates an opportunity to speak directly to the voters in our Speak Out section. Each candidate was asked to limit remarks to no more than 750 words. Other than minor changes to conform to our style, we made no changes to the copy submitted by the three candidates.--Editor
