Sheriff's Report

Vandalism--12:45 a.m., Oct. 17 on Pierce Road. The victim's car was parked at Prospect High School, where the front passenger-side window was smashed. His wallet was taken from the center console.

Burglary--9:15 a.m., Oct. 16, on Vaquero Court. A purse and cellular phone were taken from an unlocked car. The suspect left fingerprints.

Littering--9:20 a.m., Oct. 14 on Larchmont Avenue. A large amount of paper was dumped on the street on the morning of a scheduled trash pickup. There are no suspects.

Drug Possession--12:10 a.m., Oct. 7, on Saratoga Avenue. The suspect was pulled over by a deputy when he was driving along the shoulder of the road. The deputy noticed symptoms of methamphetamine use. A small, clear plastic bag containing what the deputy believed to be methamphetamines was found in the driver's wallet.
