Saratoga Pony League
The Saratoga Pony Colt League will hold signups for the 1997 season on Nov. 20 and 21, 6:30-9 p.m. each night, and Nov. 23, 9 a.m.-noon, in the cafeteria at Argonaut School. Players must be ages 13-16 as of July 31, 1997, to be eligible.

Saratoga Little League
The Saratoga Little League will hold signups for the 1997 season on Nov. 20, 21 and 23 at the Argonaut School cafeteria.
Signups will be held on Nov. 20 and 21, 6:30-9 p.m., and on Nov. 23, 9 a.m.-noon. New players must provide a birth certificate and a utility bill for proof of residency.

Girls softball
The Los Gatos-Saratoga Girls' Softball Association will hold signups for girls ages 7-14 on Nov. 13 and 20, 7-9 p.m. each night, at Fisher Middle School in Los Gatos, and on Nov. 21, 7-9 p.m., and Nov. 23, 10 a.m.-noon, at Argonaut School in Saratoga.
The league offers divisions for players ages 8 and under, 10 and under, 12 and under and 14 and under.
The cost is $100 per player and $80 for each additional family member. Players must provide a birth certificate.

Youth basketball
The Saratoga Youth Basketball League is currently holding signups for the 1997 season for boys and girls in the third through eighth grades.
The instructional league, sponsored by the Saratoga Recreation Department, will feature preseason clinics and games on Saturdays from Jan. 11 through March 15 at both Saratoga High and Redwood Middle School.
The registration fee is $75 for Saratoga residents and $79 for non-residents.

The Los Gatos Youth Basketball League is currently holding signups for the 1997 season for boys and girls in the third through eighth grades.
The registration deadline is Nov. 15. The registration fee of $60 includes a T-shirt and picture. There is a $5 fee charged for nonresidents.
