The bride-to-be, a former Miss Saratoga, is a graduate of Saratoga High School and attended West Valley College and San Diego State University. She is Key Account Manager for Unified Sales Associates.
Her fiancé is a graduate of Washington High School and San Jose State University. He works as a production control planner at Applied Materials in Santa Clara.
They plan a September wedding.

Nancy and Chris Miller of Port of Spain, Trinidad--formerly of Saratoga--announce the engagement of their daughter, Anna Miller, to Mark Hill Jr., son of Mark and Patricia Hill of Jacksonville, Fla.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Castilleja School in Palo Alto and Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H. She is pursuing a master's degree in engineering management at Dartmouth College.
Her fiancé is a graduate of Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Longgrove, Ill., and Dartmouth College. He works for Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City.
They plan a January 2001 wedding.
