Saratoga Village's 20th annual Holiday Open House will be held Nov. 29 from 6 to 9 p.m. Merchants along Big Basin Way will keep their stores open and will serve cookies and snacks. There will be carolers on the street, and Father Christmas will pose for pictures with good little children in the Saratoga Historical Museum. Donna Collins, owner of Henrietta Hen's boutique, has been stringing lights along Big Basin Way (above). "I want the town to be lit up," she says. The Holiday Open House is free and open to the public.
