Pearson appointed Contempo manager
Kim Pearson has been appointed vice president and managing partner of the Saratoga office of Contempo Realty Inc.
The announcement was made by Bob Moles, president and chief executive officer, who cited Pearson's background selling "high end" real estate, as well as her management experience.
Pearson said she aims to make Contempo the No. 1 home-seller in the Saratoga and Los Gatos markets.
Pearson has over eight years of management training in the retail industry and more than six years of experience in the real estate industry. Most recently, working at Alain Pinel Realtors in Los Gatos, she was a top-producing sales agent specializing in high-end properties. Prior to that, she worked in the lending industry.
She was born and raised in Santa Clara County, and she has one son who is in the first grade at Daves Avenue School in Los Gatos.
Contempo is located at 20473 Saratoga-Los Gatos Road. The firm, one of the largest real estate companies in Northern California, has 22 offices and more than 900 sales agents.
