Santa Clara Valley residents with property threatened by flooding can pick up free, filled sandbags from seven locations in Santa Clara County. The sandbags are provided at no cost by the Santa Clara Valley Water District. The closest sandbag center is in Campbell, next to the Sunyoaks groundwater recharge ponds between 475 and 497 W. Sunnyoaks Ave. For more information, call the water district at 265-2600.
