Prince of Peace Lutheran Church will stage a live nativity scene on the corner of Saratoga and Cox avenues on Dec. 20-23, 6 to 9 p.m.
Members of the church will play the roles of Joseph, Mary and other characters in the Christmas story.
The nativity scene will continue on Christmas Eve from 6 to 7 p.m. prior to the church's 7:30 p.m. candlelight service. A 5 p.m. worship service designed for families with children is also planned. The Christmas Day service begins at 10 a.m. For more information, call 253-7167.
Daniel Mount of Saratoga and Katherine Neil and Karen McMahon of Los Gatos recently joined the board of directors for HOPE Rehabilitation Services, which provides job training and other assistance for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Mount, owner of Mount & Stoelker in San Jose, has been a lawyer for 18 years. Neil is a program manager at Xerox Corp. in Palo Alto, and McMahon owns an insurance agency in San Jose.
