Saratoga NewsAssistant Editor: Steve Enders Former Prospect High editor joins the Saratoga News staffEnders will serve as assistant editor and cover City HallSteve Enders has been named assistant editor of the Saratoga News. He has been working at the Cupertino Courier where he was a feature writer and government reporter. Enders spent his teen years in Saratoga and graduated in 1992 from Prospect High School where he got his first taste of journalism serving as editor for the school newspaper. He is an alumnus of Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo where he also became editor of the campus newspaper. He was a journalism major with a minor in political science. He began working for Metro's community newspapers a year ago. "I'm excited to be working at the Saratoga News, covering the town that I spent a lot of time in while growing up," Enders says. "I have many fond memories of this community." In addition to serving as assistant editor, Enders will cover the local government beat, according to Saratoga News editor, Dale Bryant. Enders replaces Sarah Lombardo, who has taken a job with the Palo Alto Daily.
