Zipp named interim president of Hope
John E. Zipp of Monte Sereno has been named interim president and CEO of HOPE Rehabilitation Services, one of the largest organizations of its kind in Santa Clara County, serving people of all ages with developmental disabilities.
Zipp, a member of HOPE's board for five years, served as HOPE's chairman for the past two years. He is also a trustee of the Foundation for Hope, a separate fund-raising arm. A founding partner of the executive advisory firm ZIMA, Zipp assists professionals and corporations in managing change.
Sherer named to insurance honor roll
Timothy J. Sherer of Saratoga has been named a member of the Million Dollar Round Table's 1996 Honor Roll, sponsored by an independent, international association of some 19,000 life insurance brokers.
