Architects presented this three-dimensional rendering of what the new expanded Saratoga Community Library will look like, at a community meeting in November. Although groundbreaking is planned for this summer, the library expansion committee is still searching for a temporary location for the library during construction of the new building at the corner of Saratoga and Fruitvale avenues, according to committee chairwoman Marcia Manzo.
