Choi is a graduate student in the master's of science program; Yu is a graduate student in the master's of science program; and Young recently received a bachelor's degree in engineering.

To be listed, students had to be in the top 20 percent of their college class.


Gupta earns degree, award

Saratoga resident Neetu Kumari Gupta has received a doctor of dental surgery degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. Gupta, the daughter of Paul and Saroj Gupta, was also recognized with a community service award for her contributions to the community while attending the university.


Teen center is open

The Warner Hutton House Teen Center of Saratoga is open for another new school year. The center offers sixth- through eighth-grade students of any school a free after-school center for studying, playing games and getting homework assistance. Locke an Oregon grad

Erin Locke of Saratoga recently graduated from the University of Oregon. Locke, who was one of 722 undergraduates to participate in the commencement ceremony, received a bachelor's degree in philosophy.
