The Saratoga Chamber of Commerce's street festival, Celebrate Saratoga!, was a rousing success Sept. 21, as thousands of people descended on Big Basin Way to enjoy the fabulous evening weather, gourmet food and drink and live music, all under a big, bright full moon.
