Highway 85 project Candidate forum Marshall Clark
A long-awaited project to reduce noise in areas adjacent to Highway 85 has been shelved and could be cancelled altogether, due to a dip in sales tax revenue.  More Candidates for the Saratoga City Council's three open seats fielded questions about neighborhood development, financial management, a West Valley College stadium, downtown business and traffic around schools, among other city issues, at a forum Oct. 3.  More On Sept. 30, Marshall Clark, the popular coach of the Saratoga track and cross country team, died of an apparent heart attack while running with his team during a cross country practice.  More
