Sheriff's Report
VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDER—Nov. 17 at 3:20 p.m. on Allendale Avenue. A known suspect violated a restraining order by attending a religious event also attended by the victim. The suspect, who was not invited to the ceremony, harassed and made threats toward the victim and his wife. The suspect is still at large.

VANDALISM—Nov. 17 at 9:30 a.m. on Saraglen Drive. An officer was dispatched to a house to inspect a vehicle that had been vandalized. All four tires were found flat, along with several scratches and eggs on the car. It also appeared that sugar had been poured into the gas tank. There are no suspects at this time.

POSSESSION—Nov. 16 at 10:11 p.m. on Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road. An officer was on duty, traveling southbound, when he noticed a van traveling at high speeds. When the officer approached the car, there was a strong smell of marijuana. The driver was cited and released.

VANDALISM—Nov.16 at 5:05 p.m. on Saratoga­Los Gatos Road. A car parked in a parking lot was vandalized with an unidentified sharp object. The object was used to etch into the paint along the entire right side of the vehicle. There was also a 12-inch etching on the left passenger side. The estimated damage was more than $400.

UNDER THE INFLUENCE—Nov. 15 at 8:23 p.m. on Fourth Street. While on duty, an officer noticed that a bicyclist failed to stop at an intersection. When the officer approached the cyclist, he noticed symptoms of methamphetamine use. The officer conducted a sobriety test and determined the cyclist to be under the influence. The subject was subsequently booked into the main jail.
