| On Nov. 8 the Bellarmine Mothers Guild staged its 48th annual fashion show, an event that took place in two parts--once during the day and later in the evening at the Fairmont San Jose. The show, themed "Bellarmine on Broadway," featured styles from Macys Valley Fair and Eli Thomas and dance numbers from musicals such as Hair, Camelot and The Lion King. The event raises funds to provide financial aid for students. |

| Chefs recruited by Chef Jim Stump of A.P. Stump's wowed guests Nov. 2 with their creations for guests at the March of Dimes Star Chefs tasting and auction at the Los Gatos Opera House. A live auction later in the evening featured food and wine packages created by the chefs. A tasty evening, indeed, and when all was said and done, the March of Dimes had raised more than $50,000. |
