New board will lead realtors in 2003

The Silicon Valley Association of Realtors recently installed a new board of directors for 2003 and honored four Realtors for their outstanding contributions during 2002.

Alicia Tuvell of Coldwell Banker in Los Altos and the association's president for 2002 was named Realtor of the year for her many contributions to the organization and to the community. Kristine Emery of Princeton Capital in Menlo Park was named affiliate of the year. Dante Drummond of Coldwell Banker in Palo Alto was selected committee chair of the year, and Mark Burns of Coldwell Banker in Cupertino received the Community Outreach Award.

The new board will be led by President Judy Jarvis Ellis of Alain Pinel Realtors in Palo Alto. The 2003 board of directors includes: Alicia Tuvell, Coldwell Banker, Los Altos; Ron Gates, Jeff Barnett and Chris Alston, Alain Pinel Realtors, Los Gatos; Willi Krauss, Krauss & Co., Sunnyvale; Joseph Bentley and Gary Bulanti, Alain Pinel Realtors, Menlo Park; Mark Burns and Nina Yamaguchi, Coldwell Banker, Cupertino; Dante Drummond and Leannah Hunt, Coldwell Banker, Palo Alto; Ginna Arnold-Lazar, Tom Rourke and Mickey Shaevitz, Coldwell Banker, Los Altos; Bobbie Lemberg, Coldwell Banker, Sunnyvale; Mike Miehe, Stewart Title Co., Cupertino; Susan Tilling, Coldwell Banker, Menlo Park.
