At 21, Ankur Luthra has graduated from UC-Berkeley in three years and founded a research journal, a high-tech company and a computer literacy program for children, as well as studying artificial intelligence on the side. Attempted rape, burglary Business person of the year Victor Place
A Sunnyvale man has been charged with attempted burglary and attempted rape of a Saratoga woman and for possession of a tool for an unlawful purpose.  More Ray Froess, who runs a home-based business called Protégé Marketing, has been named the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce business person of the year for 2002.  More Over the objections of two neighbors, the Saratoga Planning Commission has approved the building of a new home on Victor Place.  More
