Cuddly cute bears and sugarcoated valentines might make you feel fuzzy through February, but they sure won't win the hearts of Saratoga News staff this year.
But you know what will? Getting out your pen and pouring your heart out to us for our first-ever Valentine's Day competition.
That's right, Saratoga lovebugs—we want to hear your most whimsical, romantic recount of how you and your significant other fell in love.
Whether it was a windswept beach getaway, several uncanny encounters at the video store or a friendship turned love affair, we want to hear it all ... just keep it under 300 words.
The couple talented enough to bring our cynical staff to mushy tears will win a dinner for two at Ristorante Valeriano in downtown Los Gatos.
