Winery's noise to be reviewed

At its Feb. 6 meeting the Santa Clara County Planning Commission will review a noise report for the Mountain Winery. The Mountain Winery, located on Pierce Road in Saratoga, holds concerts regularly throughout the year. As a condition of its use permit, the winery must undergo a noise study by the county each year.

The Mountain Winery is the first item on the agenda for the planning commission's afternoon session, which will start at 1:30 p.m. in the board of supervisors' chambers, located at 70 W. Hedding St. in San Jose.
