PETTY THEFT—March 6, 3 p.m. between Prospect Road and Saratoga Avenue. A female suspect stole a cellular phone from another student on school grounds. The suspect admitted to stealing the phone and attempting to give it away. The victim requested that the suspect be arrested, but the suspect was released to the custody of her father.

DRUNK IN PUBLIC—March 5, 7 p.m. on Saratoga Avenue. A male suspect was heard screaming in a resident's driveway. When the officer arrived on the scene, the suspect was unsteady on his feet and had slurred speech and red eyes. The suspect was unable to care for himself so the officer booked him at the main jail.

IDENTITY THEFT—March 5, 9 a.m. between Big Basin Way and Fifth Street. An unknown person used the victim's credit card number and attempted to purchase $4,434.75 worth of merchandise. The items were sent to the suspect's home address. Upon receiving the items, the suspect denied making the purchase.

VANDALISM—March 5, 8 a.m. on Saratoga­Los Gatos Road. Unknown persons entered a dental office that was under construction and damaged the walls and carpet. Officers were able to collect fingerprints, but no other information was gathered.

BURGLARY—March 4, 2:49 p.m. on Saratoga Avenue. An unknown person broke into a home and damaged the windows. Officers found a trail of blood next to the windows, but nothing was reported missing. The suspect remains at large.
