Fashion show is a benefit for Kaitlyn

Watch out Milan—Saratoga is making strides in the fashion world. At its 2003 benefit show, Saratoga High School is presenting Metropolis on March 22, featuring students and children of faculty members showcasing fashions from local boutiques and businesses.

The first show will be held at 3 p.m. for students, and there will be a 6:30 p.m. show for parents and families. Hors d'oeuvres will be served in the cafeteria prior to the fashion show, and a donation drawing will be held following the event. Drawing tickets are $2.50 each or 10 for $20.

Last year, the benefit show raised money for a shelter for battered women. This year the benefit commission decided to donate the money to Kaitlyn Langstaff, an 8-year-old Saratoga girl fighting toxic epidermal necrolysis, a severe form of Stevens Johnson Syndrome.

Tickets are $15 for students, $25 for adults, and $30 for VIP seats, which provide prizes on the seats. Tickets are available at the door.
