Generating interest

Fifth-grader Jordan Dieck was the creator of this electric generator project, originally shown with the March 12 Saratoga News story on the Argonaut Elementary School science fair. Dieck's project allowed students to use a hand crank to generate electricity. The event, Argonaut's first science fair in several years, was held on Feb. 27.
