Sheriff's Report
VANDALISM—March 31, 7 p.m. on Saratoga Avenue. An employee at a school was locking up the fences on the playing field when he noticed smoke coming out of a restroom. The fire department arrived on the scene and extinguished the flame. They discovered that all of the paper towels had been removed and burned. The suspects remain unidentified.

TRESPASS—March 31, 6 p.m. on Montpere Way. A suspect entered a neighbor's house uninvited and unplugged a stereo that was playing. The suspect left after the owners told him to leave several times. The owners requested that the suspect be placed under citizen's arrest.

PETTY THEFT—March 28, 3 p.m. on Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road. A female employee of a company reported that her two rinkside tickets to a San Jose Sharks game were missing after she left them on her desk. She asked her co-workers if they had taken the tickets, but none admitted to it. The tickets were valued at $120 each.

DRUG POSSESSION —An officer conducted a vehicle enforcement stop on a car with a missing license plate. The driver consented to a vehicle search. The officer found two small bags containing a white substance that tested positive for methamphetamine.
