Ronald and Leslie Hay of Saratoga announce the engagement of their daughter, Erin Hay, to Steven Levin, son of Elliott and Rosanne Levin of Palm Desert.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Monta Vista High School and the University of Southern California, with degrees in history and art history. She received her teaching credential from San José State University and has been teaching at Mira Costa High School in Southern California for the past three years.
Her fiancé grew up in Chicago, Ill., attending Schaumburg High School. He received a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's in business taxation from the University of Southern California and has worked for Deloitte & Touché for four years as a senior consultant.
The couple plans to wed July 5 in Saratoga, honeymoon in Hawaii and reside in Palo Alto.
