Bazaar performance
|

|
Redwood Middle School sixth-graders enjoyed an Egyptian folk cane dance demonstration by Marcia Tofer as part of their annual Cultural Bazaar. The May 29 event exposed students to the cultures of the countries that they had studied in their social studies classes throughout the year. Parents and volunteers helped prepare international foods and led lessons in Greek dance, Hebrew writing, Egyptian art, Indian dance, the Chinese art of tai chi and the Italian game of bocce.
