Vandalism—June 8, 11:35 a.m. on Mendelsohn Lane. A resident reported that an unknown suspect damaged her mailbox valued at $200. The object used to damage the property was unidentified. No suspect information is available.

Vandalism—June 8, 1:15 a.m. on Horseshoe Lane. A resident reported that an unknown suspect used an unknown object to crush her mailbox. A witness later heard a banging noise outside of his bedroom and saw two cars speeding away. The cost to replace the mailbox is approximately $60. Two Polaroid pictures were taken and submitted to detectives.

Possession Of Illegal Drug—June 7, 2:35 a.m. on Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road. An officer spotted a male suspect riding a bicycle without any rear reflectors. The officer reported that the suspect displayed symptoms consistent with stimulant use. The officer conducted a consent search and located a small rock of cocaine and some marijuana in the suspect's backpack. The suspect was booked at the Main Jail.

Burglary—June 6, 9:15 a.m. on Allendale Avenue. A resident reported that a male suspect forced his way into his home through the front door. The suspect hit the victim several times in the back of his head, causing him to fall to the floor. As a result, the victim developed a bump on his head and complained of neck and back pain. A witness identified the suspect, who was later taken to the ain Jail.

Forgery—June 5, 5 p.m. on Star Ridge Court. A female victim said she ordered a box of checks that never arrived at her residence. After checking her account over the phone and on the computer, she discovered that an unknown suspect cashed 19 checks totaling $2,010.03.

Theft By Credit Card—June 3, 6 p.m. on Vanderbilt Drive. A victim was checking his credit card account online when he noticed four charges to a phone company that he did not make. The balance of those charges totaled $540.60. The victim cancelled his credit card.

Possession Of Hypodermic Needle—June 2, 9:45 p.m. on Blaney and Saratoga avenues. An officer responded to a prowler call. When the officer arrived at the scene, he saw the male suspect walking down the street. The suspect was sweating and had a pulse rate of 120 bpm. He also had constricted pupils and fluttering eyelids. The suspect admitted that he had a hypodermic needle in his pocket. The officer booked the needle as evidence. The suspect was cited and released.

Petty Theft—June 2, 2 p.m. between Pierce Road and Bella Vina. A resident reported that an unknown suspect removed mail from the victim's mailbox located at the entrance of the property. Other residents in the area also reported mail theft during the same time. No suspect information is available.
