North Campus Making books Annexation requested
Faced with a tight budget for the upcoming fiscal year and limited community facilities, Saratoga City Council members will be thinking hard about ways to allocate funds to renovate a $4.5 million property that was purchased by the city a year ago.  More Foothill Elementary School students recently got a lesson in book making when they were paid a visit by an Internet Bookmobile.  More In an effort to preserve the natural ambience of oak trees and green vegetation, some neighbors in the unincorporated hillside area are working to get their properties annexed from Santa Clara County's jurisdiction and into Saratoga.  More

Saratoga Library PAL Center Lesson on Iraq
Unexpected construction delays kept anxious book enthusiasts out of the new Saratoga library for weeks, but every corner of the 48,000-square-foot facility was filled with people at the long-awaited grand reopening celebration on June 21.  More Although the curtain has yet to fall on the fundraising campaign for Saratoga High School's Performing Arts and Lecture Center, campaign organizers are saying that what has already transpired has been extraordinary and unique.  More Country Lane Elementary School students recently got a lesson on Iraq when Marine Lt.
