Drunk in Public—June 21, 7 p.m. on Pierce Road and Bell Avina Court. An officer approached a man who appeared to be intoxicated. The suspect had watery eyes, slurred speech, and a strong odor of alcohol on his breath and was having difficulty walking. The suspect also had difficulty answering questions about his place of residency. The officer concluded that the suspect was unable to care for himself and arrested him.

Vandalism—June 21, 8:30 a.m. on Three Oaks Way. A woman reported that an unknown person threw a rock at the windshield of her truck, which was parked in front of her neighbor's house. No physical evidence or suspect information was found at the scene.

Drunk In Public—June 21, 1:50 a.m. on Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road. An officer responded to a call at a gas station where a suspect was banging on cars and yelling at the drivers. The officer made contact with the suspect next to the station's restroom. The suspect appeared intoxicated and was argumentative and belligerent. The suspect was arrested and taken to the main jail.

Grand Theft—June 20, 8:47 p.m. on Los Gatos­Saratoga Road. An unknown person stole a wedding ring from an unlocked vehicle on Highway 9 and Quito Road. The victim requested a report.

Burglary—June 19, 2:30 p.m. on Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road. An unknown person cut the bolt to a storage unit in a building and took firearms, a computer containing personal information and a 32-inch television. The estimated value of the computer and the television is $2,950. The value of the rifle has not yet been determined.

Grand Theft—June 19, 9:45 a.m. on Paseo Olivos Way. An unknown person entered the unfenced yard of a single-story home under construction and removed a go-cart valued at $1,000 from the east side of the house.

Burglary—June 18, 9:25 a.m. between Oak and Third streets. An unknown person pried open a door to an electrical room located at the rear of a school and took a fire extinguisher. The person sprayed the extinguisher in the room and may have damaged a computer routing box. Three cards of latent fingerprints were obtained.
