Fraudulent Use of Card—Sept. 12, 1 p.m., on Radoyka Drive. A victim discovered that an unknown suspect was using his lost credit card. The suspect made purchases at a gas station and a mass retail store in Sunnyvale in the amount of approximately $296. The victim canceled the card.

Vandalism—Sept. 11, 10:55 a.m., on Herriman Avenue. An unknown suspect tore an electrical conduit from a wall, broke a sprinkler valve, dumped garbage onto the football field and broke into the maintenance shed, strewing tools across the eastern parking lot at a school. No items were reported missing. No suspect information is available.

Grand Theft—Sept. 10, 11:15 a.m., on Squirrel Hollow Lane and Seagraves Way. Two albums of approximately 500 CDs were taken from an unlocked vehicle that was parked overnight in the victim's neighbor's driveway.

Possession of Drugs—Sept. 9, 11:05 p.m., on Vista Arroyo Court. An officer doing regular patrol checks spotted a vehicle that was parked at the end of a cul-de-sac. The vehicle had heavy condensation from marijuana usage on the windows. When the officer questioned the occupant, she said that a friend gave her the marijuana. The suspect was cited and released to her mother.

Identity Theft—Sept. 9, 11:15 a.m., on Vintage Lane. An unknown suspect entered a bank in Davis and withdrew approximately $9,600 using a victim's signature, license number and account number. The victim checked other accounts and did not notice anything unusual.

Death Threats—Sept. 8, 9:07 p.m., on Ashley Way. A suspect called a victim and asked him if he was still alive. When the victim did not respond, the suspect stated, "You and your family won't be in a few days," and hung up. According to the report, the victim knows the suspect.

Identity Theft—Sept. 8, 4:30 p.m., on Orella Court. A male victim notified an officer that an unknown suspect used his credit card number and charged $426.27 to his account. There are no known suspects.

Vandalism—Sept. 8, 7:30 a.m., on Saratoga Creek Drive. An unknown suspect climbed over a locked and gated cyclone fence and entered the pool area of a private swim club. The suspect threw two wooden planter boxes and furniture into the pool. A volleyball pole was also bent. Total damages are estimated at $1,000.
