Ink cartridge
program begins
Argonaut Elementary School, located at 13200 Shadow Mountain Drive in Saratoga, is hosting an inkjet and laser cartridge collection program. Instead of throwing away empty inkjet and laser cartridges, send them to the school to help raise money for school activities.
For each recyclable item brought in to the school, Argonaut will receive $2 per inkjet cartridge and between $1 and $5 per laser cartridge. The school is only able to accept those cartridges that bear the original manufacturer's label and do not have a "recycled" label on them. Those cartridges made for Epson printers and other styles that have no electronic circuitry cannot be accepted. There is a drop-off box located at the school office, or for more information call the office at 408.867.4773.
