Jan Gallagher has been named a seniors real estate specialist for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Los Gatos-South. Gallagher will specialize in real estate services for older homebuyers and sellers.

Gallagher's achievements include earning the 2002 Distinguished Achievement Award and being part of the 2002 International President's Circle, both Coldwell Banker designations honoring Realtors for their achievements.

Gallagher has maintained her real estate license for more than 20 years. In addition to her experience and knowledge of real estate, Gallagher also has a background in decorating.

Gallagher teams with her husband, Tom, also a seniors real estate specialist for Coldwell Banker.

Gallagher earned her bachelor of science degree in sociology from Gonzaga University.

Yilmaz joins Coldwell

Nesli Yilmaz has joined the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage team of sales associates in Saratoga, and she will specialize in residential sales in Santa Clara County.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Yilmaz worked as a graphic artist at Kilim Graphic Art Design, a company she still owns as a small, home-based business. Before working as a graphic artist, Yilmaz worked as a preschool director for seven years. The mother of two is also an active member of the Saratoga Education Foundation.

Yilmaz earned her child development specialist degree from the University of Istanbul in Turkey and her graphic art degree from Mission College in San Jose.
