Drunk in Public—Nov. 1, 2:30 a.m., on the corner of Pierce Road and Vintage Lane. An officer responded to a call in which a fellow officer stopped a vehicle that was linked to a fight that occurred on Orchard Meadow Drive. Upon contact, the officer noticed that one of the suspects had a strong alcoholic odor on his breath. The suspect also displayed watery eyes and slurred speech. The officers determined that the suspect was unable to care for himself. The suspect was cited and released to his parents.
Drunk in Public—Oct. 31, 9 p.m., on Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road. A deputy noticed two suspects standing in front of a business. The suspects displayed symptoms of being under the influence. They had an unsteady stance, red eyes, and slurred speech and were unable to follow simple directions. The deputy determined that the suspects were unable to care for themselves and booked them at Main Jail.
Vandalism—Oct. 31, 7:30 a.m., on Fourth Street. An unknown suspect shattered the rear windshield of a vehicle that was parked in the victim's driveway. The victim's son had already cleaned up most of the broken glass by the time the officer arrived. Nothing was reported missing from the vehicle. No suspect information is available.
