Caitlin Phelan and Matthew Escobar design 'cool cats' as part of an art project in teacher Laurie Cox's fourth-grade class at St. Andrew's School in Saratoga. The creative, decorative crafts were placed on display in the main office at the school to be admired by parents, teachers, staff and students.
