Falcons are JV champs
|

The Saratoga girls junior varsity volleyball team won the championship in the De Anza Division of the Santa Clara Valley Athletic League in the recently completed fall season. The Falcons posted an 11-0 record in league play and went 22-2 overall. Setter Natalie Spencer was named the team's Most Valuable Player and Danielle Stafford, Megan McConnell and Christie Morrison were the kill leaders. Katie Reed, Amanda Fazio and Vielka Quintanilla were defensive stars. Stafford was the team's Most Improved Player, McConnell took the coaches award and Fazio, McConnell and Chelsey Seagraves were team co-captains.
