Rod, car show

The third annual Street Rod and Classic Car show will be held May 22, 9 a.m.­3 p.m., at San Jose City College on Moorpark Avenue in San Jose. The event is free to the public. Flash tryouts

The West Valley Flash, a girls under 11 (born after July 31, 1992) Class 1 soccer team, is looking for players, including a goalkeeper, for the spring season. The Los Gatos All-Comer Track and Field winter series will run Saturdays through Feb. 28 at the high school's all-weather track. The cost is $4 for unlimited events or $2 for spectators.
